If you have completed your Novuna Personal Finance application and signed the agreement, Novuna will report this to us within 24 hours of completing the application.
Rest assured, your order is being prepared. You will receive an order confirmation as soon as the order is processed in the system. When the shipment of your order is ready, you will receive a 1 hour time slot by email and SMS on the day the order is due out for delivery. From then on, you will be able to track the status of your delivery on the DPD (UK) - Help using the parcel reference number from the Email / SMS.
