You have the right to return goods to us during the statutory cooling-off period. Please note that goods must be in the original packaging and in excellent conditions to by returned. Please note that this is the same for partial returns. For more information, please contact customer service.
1 CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE You can contact Customer service on 0330 660 0834(UK) (ROI) 01 447 5157 to arrange for your purchase to be returned.
2 A RETURN LABEL will be provided free of charge for the couriers drop shop.
3 PREPARE PACKAGE FOR DISPATCH Pack the item so that it cannot be damaged in transit. Remove the address label from the package. Once you have the parcel(s) ready you can simply drop it off with one of the Pick-Up shops in your area. For your convenience our courier DPD has provided a list of the closest collection points to your delivery address, on the attached file with the label. Alternatively, you can visit DPD Local (UK) - Shop Finder to find other collection points.
Please note, no prior booking is necessary for the drop-off, you simply show up and let the staff at the venue scan the label and collect the parcel from you.
4 DROP OFF your return at your nearest drop off shop. Please make sure to retain the receipt of your parcel collection and send a picture of it through to us for our records. This will allow for us to process the return faster. The staff at the collection venue will provide that when you drop off your parcel.
5 RETURNING FOR A REFUND If you are returning for a refund, please note that once the parcel is returned to our warehouse it may take 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed.
