The easiest way to control your VR7 is by using the Kobold app. With the app, you can start or stop the cleaning process, set voice responses in different languages, and more. Alternatively, you can also start cleaning by pressing the green start button on your VR7. To stop the cleaning process, simply press the green start button twice.
We understand that scheduling cleaning sessions can be a hassle, but unfortunately, the RB7 does not have a "silent time feature" or the ability to create a schedule. However, you can toggle between on/off for automatic extraction.
If you're curious about the voice response feature, you can access it by pressing the information button. The information button LED lights up to indicate that there is a message, which can be heard by selecting the language of your choice by holding down the information button and using the selection keys left or right. German is set as the default language, but you can switch to a language of your preference.
To return your VR7 to its charging station, ensure that the Home LED is lit green, indicating that the VR7 recognizes the location of the charging station. If it's not lit green, the VR7 is unable to locate the charging station. To return the VR7 to the charging station, pause the cleaning cycle by pressing the START button and press the left or right selection key to flash the Home LED white. Press the START button again to confirm your selection, and the VR7 will return to the charging station, pulsating green.
Finally, the user interface of the VR7 has been designed to be simple and intuitive. The green start button is used to switch the VR7 on or off and start, pause, or stop a cleaning run. The selection buttons allow you to choose the preferred cleaning mode and send the VR7 back to its base. The info button activates voice output over the status of the VR7.
