The squeegee lip can be damaged by hard, sharp-edged dirt particles or other mechanical influences during the cleaning process. This leads to the formation of streaks and smears. In this case, you can turn the green squeegee lip and continue using the other side if it is undamaged.
Otherwise, you must replace the squeegee lip.
Pull the green, damaged squeegee lip out of its fastening groove at the side (3) .
Clean the pull-off lip and carry out a visual inspection to identify any damage.
The pull-off lip can be used on both sides. Turn the pull-off lip if one side of the pull-off lip is damaged (4) .
Insert the squeegee lip back into the fastening groove so that the undamaged side of the squeegee lip is available for further cleaning processes (5) .
If the squeegee lip shows severe mechanical damage on both sides, you must replace the squeegee lip with a new one.
If replacement is necessary, contact your customer service centre.
