The connection to Kobold products via the MyKobold app is only possible with a verified e-mail address. An e-mail address can be verified when registering an account or, if registration was skipped during the first use, at any time in the app under "More > My profile > E-mail address". After creating a private account, users can use all the functions of the app to personalise their cleaning process.
This "passwordless authentication" is a login option that no longer requires a password. As with the TAN procedure for online banking, a type of "one-time password" is sent to the email address each time you log in to an account that is assigned to an email address.
So if you want to open your account from a second device, enter the email address of your account, open your email account and then enter the code sent into the MyKobold app.
