My VG100+ is leaking water.
If water leaks from your VG100+ before starting or during cleaning, proceed as follows:
Check that the rubber plugs of the fresh water and/or dirty water tank are correctly fitted.
Place the surface cleaner horizontally and on the storage tray when inserting the tank.
Empty the recovery tank if it is full.
The water tank is only correctly engaged when the lock/unlock button has made an audible click.
When cleaning with my VG100+, the water remains on the disc and is not sucked into the water tank
In this case, the water tank of your VG100+ could be defective. Please contact customer service or order a new water tank
