You have the possibility to purchase a 12 month access to Cookidoo via the iOS app, Android is not possible.
The subscription is offered by Apple with a higher price than you pay directly on Cookidoo® on the website. The Apple subscription ends automatically after 12 months. Your contract partner is Apple, not Vorwerk®/Cookidoo®. Therefore, you should contact Apple support directly for all questions about your account, access, runtime, price, cancellation or refunds.
Vorwerk customer service cannot give you any information about the subscription, cannot act as an intermediary between you and Apple services, nor can it have any data about your purchased product you have purchased through Apple.
