It is possible that when pairing your VR7, you may encounter the error message "Robot not found". This can have various causes, but in most cases it is due to connectivity issues. To ensure that your VR7 is ready to connect to your device, you need to activate the WLAN.
To turn the WLAN on or off, please press one of the two selection buttons on your VR7 until the WLAN symbol flashes white. After 3 seconds, the selection will be automatically confirmed and the WLAN LED will light up green or turn off.
However, if you receive the message "Activate Bluetooth® and try again", you need to activate Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet to perform the pairing process. To do this, go to the settings menu in the upper right or lower corner of your device (the position of the menu may vary depending on the operating system) and activate Bluetooth. Then try to perform the pairing process again.
It is also important to make sure that you press the two function buttons on your VR7 correctly. If you press the buttons too briefly (less than three seconds) or too long (more than eight seconds), or if you do not press them simultaneously, this can cause connection problems.
