The IP address of the robot has already been assigned elsewhere
If your robot frequently disconnects from your home network, even when it's near the router and not in use, it might help to assign it a fixed IP address in your router settings. This will prevent conflicts with other devices on your network that may have been assigned the same IP address.
WLAN fluctuations
If your robot appears as offline in the app while it's cleaning, it may be due to weak WLAN signals in certain areas of your home. While the robot will continue to clean and follow exclusion lines, you won't be able to control it via the app during this time.
Routers have increased security settings or are updated with them
Check your router settings to see if a MAC address filter or block has been configured. If so, remove your robot's ID from the blocking filter. You can find this 12-digit number on the back of your robot vacuum.
Robot Vacuum Cleaner battery is empty
If your robot appears as offline, check if the battery is empty. Simply press the power button on the robot and check the battery status. Charge it if necessary.
No internet connection
Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on and working properly. You can check the Wi-Fi connection using another Wi-Fi-enabled device such as your smartphone.
Another device is blocking the connection
In some cases, other radio-controlled devices may interfere with your robot's WLAN connection, such as baby monitors, neighbor's routers, or devices that use similar frequencies. If you suspect that such devices are present, try turning them off and testing the robot again.
