Another possible cause of problems connecting to the router can be an incorrect router frequency. The VR7 only works with a frequency of 2.4 GHz . Therefore, please check the router frequency in the settings of your router in the web browser.
It is also important that your password has an appropriate minimum length and complexity to ensure the security of your network. However, certain devices on the network may not be able to handle certain password characters and then refuse to connect. So, if your password contains parentheses, dollar signs, percent signs, exclamation marks, diamond signs and slashes and you have connection problems, you should change it and try again.
